Venture Fitness Training App – Terms of Use

Welcome to Venture Fitness Training App (“Venture Fitness Training,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may be available only through a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase.

By purchasing or subscribing, you agree that:

• All transactions are processed through Apple App Store (or other authorized platforms).

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings.

• Prices and features may change; any changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by Apple’s App Store refund policies or applicable law.

5. User Content

You may be able to post, upload, or share content (such as workout logs, messages, photos, or feedback). You retain ownership of your content but grant Venture Fitness Training a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Infringes any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to text, logos, trademarks, graphics, app design, videos, and software code, are the intellectual property of Venture Fitness Training or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any portion of the Service without our express written consent.
